The ethyl amide of 17-phenyl trinor PGF2α bimatoprost has been approved for use as an ocular hypotensive drug. 17-phenyl trinor PGF2α methyl amide is an analog of bimatoprost. Its biological and toxicological properties have not been evaluated.
