رقم الكتالوجGB20004 |
5-OMe-UTP is a methoxy-modified UTP analog commonly used to replace naturally occurring UTP during in vitro mRNA synthesis.
Products are for research use only. Not for human use. We do not sell to patients.
Sample solution is provided at 25 µL, 10mM.
5-Methoxyuridine-5'-Triphosphate (5-OMe-UTP) is a methoxy-modified UTP analogue of naturally occurring uridine triphosphate (UTP) [1]. 5-OMe-UTP is also a common chemical modification used in in vitro mRNA synthesis for incorporation into messenger RNA (mRNA) using T7 RNA polymerase, thereby reducing the activity and immunogenicity of the resulting mRNA[2].
