AB-FUBINACA is an indazole-based synthetic cannabinoid (CB) that shows high affinity for the CB1 receptor (Ki = 0.9 nM). [1] [2] AB-FUBINACA metabolite 2B is an expected carboxy metabolite of AB-FUBINACA, based on the major metabolites produced from similar synthetic CBs in humans. [3] [4] AB-FUBINACA metabolite 2B is a single diastereomer, but its relative stereochemistry is unknown. The other diastereomer, AB-FUBINACA metabolite 2A, is sold as . The physiological and toxicological properties of this compound are not known. This product is intended for forensic and research applications.

Method for preparing in vivo formulation: Take μL DMSO master liquid, next add μL Corn oil, mix and clarify.
Note: 1. Please make sure the liquid is clear before adding the next solvent.
2. Be sure to add the solvent(s) in order. You must ensure that the solution obtained, in the previous addition, is a clear solution before proceeding to add the next solvent. Physical methods such as vortex, ultrasound or hot water bath can be used to aid dissolving.
