A7132 is an antibacterial agent. A7132 possess broad and potent antibacterial activity.
A7132 (Compound 31) shows great oral activity against S. aureus NCTC 10649, E. coli Juhl and P. aeruginosa 5007 with MICs of 0.25, 0.05 and 0.39 μg/mL, respectively[1].
