cRIPGBM Chlorid ist ein oral wirksames Derivat, das die Apoptose fördert. cRIPGBM kann aus Krebsstammzellen (CSC) des Glioblastoms (GBM) produziert werden. cRIPGBM Chlorid interagiert mit dem Zielrezeptor-Rezeptor-Interaktionsprotein-Kinase 2 (RIPK2), um eine caspase-1-abhängige Zellapoptose zu induzieren. cRIPGBM Chlorid hemmt die Bildung von RIPK2/TAK1 (Überlebenskomplex) und erhöht die Bildung von RIPK2/caspase 1 (Apoptosekomplex). In Tiermodellen zeigt cRIPGBM Chlorid starke antitumorale Aktivität im Körper.
