Maytansinoid B is an ADC cytotoxin that can form antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) when coupled with antibodies. Maytansinoids are known anti-mitotic agents that bind to tubulin and inhibit microtubule assembly. Maytansinoids can induce cell cycle arrest at G2/M phase, thereby inducing apoptosis.
