RORγt-Agonist 2 ist ein wirksamer RORγt-Agonist. RORγt-Agonist 2 fördert die Differenzierung von Th17-Zellen, erhöht das Niveau proinflammatorischer Zytokine und steigert dadurch die zelluläre Toxizität von Lymphozyten. RORγt-Agonist 2 hemmt die Produktion regulatorischer T-Zellen und unterdrückt damit Immunreaktionen (entnommen aus Patent WO2021136326A1, Verbindung 23).
