STAT3-IN-12 is an effective inhibitor of the STAT3 signaling pathway and can suppress the activation of JAK/STAT3 signaling induced by IL-6. STAT3-IN-12 can inhibit cancer cell growth, migration, induce apoptosis and cell cycle arrest. It can be used in cancer-related research such as hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and esophageal cancer.
