2'(3')-O-(6-Aminohexylcarbamoyl)guanosine-5'-O-triphosphate (2'(3')-AHC-GTP) is a mixture of the energy substrate for protein synthesis and gluconeogenesis guanosine 5′-triphosphate derivatives 2'-AHC-GTP and 3'-AHC-GTP. 2'(3')-AHC-GTP has been used in the synthesis of europium (III) chelates for use in quenching resonance energy transfer (QRET) assays in the study of GTPase nucleotide exchange kinetics.1
