2'-MOE-ATP, 100mM Sodium Solution |
Catalog No.GB10782 |
2'-MOE-ATP is a 2'-O-MOE modified ATP analog, which can be used as an ATP substitute in RNA therapy to effectively reduce the immunogenicity and toxicity of RNA.
Products are for research use only. Not for human use. We do not sell to patients.
Sample solution is provided at 25 µL, 10mM.
2'-O-MOE Adenosine-5'-triphosphate(2'-MOE-ATP) is an alternative to ATP in RNA therapy. Gene therapy based on nucleic acid drugs is considered as one of the precision medicine strategies by upregulating or downregulating target genes in specific cells[1]. 2'-O-MOE modification is a kind of sugar modification, which can effectively reduce the immunogenicity and toxicity of RNA, enhance the binding affinity, and improve the stability and bioavailability of RNA[2]. 2'-O-MOE modification oligonucleotides are resistant to nuclease metabolism in plasma and tissues[3].
