ERRα ; l'antagoniste-1 (Composé A) est un antagoniste sélectif et de haute affinité du récepteur α lié aux œstrogènes (ERRα). ERRα ; antagoniste-1 inhibe l'interaction de l'ERRα avec le coactivateur-1α du récepteur activé par les proliférateurs (PGC-1α) et PGC-1β, les valeurs IC50 sont respectivement de 170 nM et 180 nM. ERRα ; l'antagoniste-1 n'inhibe pas l'interaction de ERRβ ou ERRγ avec PGC-1α et PGC-1β coactivateur, et n'inhibe pas non plus l'interaction de ERα ou ERβ avec PGC-1α ou SRC-1.

ERRα antagonist-1 (Compound A) is a selective and high affinity estrogen-related receptor α (ERRα) antagonist. ERRα antagonist-1 inhibits interaction of ERRα with Proliferator-activated Receptor γ Coactivator-1α (PGC-1α) and PGC-1β, the IC50 values are 170 nM and 180 nM, respectively. ERRα antagonist-1 does not inhibit the interaction of either ERRβ or ERRγ with PGC-1α and PGC-1β coactivator, and also does not inhibit interaction of ERα or ERβ with PGC-1α or SRC-1[1].
