L-Arabinose (Synonyms: L-(+)-Arabinose) |
Catalog No.GC14474 |
Le L-arabinose inhibe sélectivement l'activité de la sucrase intestinale de manière non compétitive et supprime l'augmentation de la glycémie due à l'ingestion de saccharose.
Products are for research use only. Not for human use. We do not sell to patients.

L-(+)-Arabinose selectively inhibits intestinal sucrase activity in a noncompetitive manner and suppresses the plasma glucose increase due to sucrose ingestion.
L-(+)-Arabinose selectively inhibits intestinal sucrase activity in a noncompetitive manner and suppresses the plasma glucose increase due to sucrose ingestion[1]. L-(+)-Arabinose is found to be associated with ribose-5-phosphate isomerase deficiency, which is an inborn error of metabolism[2].
