Amphetamines designed with 2,3-dihydrobenzofuran in place of the phenyl group include the entactogens 5-APDB and 6-APDB .1 These designer drugs can inhibit monoamine uptake.2 7-APDB is an analog of 5- and 6-APDB. The physiological and toxicological properties of this compound are not known. This product is intended for forensic and research applications.
