CDK4/6-IN-6 (example A94) has IC50s of 38.5 nM and 144.9 nM for CDK4/Cyclin D1 and CDK6/Cyclin D3 using phospho-Rb S795 ELISA assays in JEKO-1 and MV4-1 1 cells[1].
