This product is a single exoenzyme. Peptidase is a very important enzyme in biology, medical research and biotechnology. An enzyme that catalyzes the sequential cleavage of peptide bonds and the release of free amino acids from the ends of peptide chains. Aminopeptidase acts on the free amino terminal and carboxypeptidase acts on the free carboxyl terminal. This product belongs to aminopeptidase. The polypeptide is hydrolyzed into amino acids. Peptidase is also widely used in the laboratory as a protein inhibitor and the protein sequence required to produce peptides. More recent experiments used peptidase inhibition to specifically treat recombinant fusion proteins.
