Description of (R)-ZINC 3573

Mas-related G protein-coupled receptor X2 (MRGPRX2) agonist (EC50 = 0.74 μM). Displays selectivity for MRGPRX2 over 350 other GPCRs, including MRGPRX1. Induces intracellular calcium release and degranulation in LAD2 mast cells in vitro. Negative control (S)-ZINC 3573 also available.
