8−Bromo−cAMP(8-Bromo-cAMP, sodium salt)は、CAMP依存性プロテインキナーゼ活性剤(PKA活性剤)として機能する細胞透過性cAMP類似体である。腫瘍細胞の増殖を抑制し、腫瘍の分化を促進する作用がある[1-2]。
8-Bromo-cAMP(20μM、24 h/48 h)はヒト食道癌細胞においてEca-109の分化とアポトーシスを誘導することができる[3]。8-Bromo-cAMP(0.1/0.5mM、10日間)は、ヒト線維芽細胞の多能性の誘導効率をめることができる[4]。8-Bromo-cAMP(250μM)は、培養中のマウス胎盤細胞のグルコース輸送活性を阻害することができる[5]。8-Bromo-cAMP(0-1 mM)はIL-3に依存する白血病細胞株の増殖反応を誘導することができる[6]。
8-Bromo-cAMP(60mg/kg/日;7日間;経静脈投与)は、マウスCT26腫瘍の増殖を顕著に抑制することができる[7]。8- bromo-campは、HIV−1 DNAワクチンによって誘導されるマウスの体液免疫および細胞媒介免疫反応を強化することができる[8]。
