BMS-777607は、パンTAM阻害剤であり、さまざまな種類のがんに対する抗腫瘍活性を示す。BMS-777607はまた、抗PD-1治療との組み合わせでプロ炎症サイトカインやプロ免疫細胞の発現を増強する。BMS-777607を抗PD-1治療に追加すると、腫瘍微小環境での免疫抑制サイトカインの発現が抑制される。BMS-777607と抗PD-1の併用療法は、腫瘍成長と肺転移発生率を著しく減少させることが報告されている。
体外および体内実験では、BMS-777607が人間のCCA細胞の増殖を抑制し、リン酸化RONの発現を減少させることが示されている。さらに、HuCCT1およびKKU-100細胞株において、BMS-777607を6日間処理した後のIC50値はそれぞれ11.4および5.9μMであった。BMS-777607はラットにおけるCCAの体内増殖も抑制することができる。
