Sample solution is provided at 25 µL, 10mM.
3'O-Allyl-Adenosine-5'-triphosphate(3'-O-allyladenylic acid,3'O-Allyl-ATP) is a nucleic acid analogue of adenosine acid, which is a good substrate for RNA polymerase. In the structure of 3'O-Allyl-ATP, the 3'-OH group of GTP is replaced by an allyl group, and its incorporation in the synthesis process will cause the termination of the polymerase reaction [1] [2]. Allyl groups can be removed by using catalytic deallylation.
