CCR2-RA-[R]

CCR2-RA-[R]는 CCR2를 비경쟁적 결합 방식으로 억제하는데, 이는 주로 연관 구조 변화와 G- 단백질 결합 인터페이스의 형성을 차단함으로써 억제된다.CCR2-RA-[R]의 경우 결합에 가장 중요한 잔기는 NPxxYx(5,6)F motif의 보존성이 높은 tyrosine Y(7.53)와 phenylalanine F(8.50) 이며, helix-VIII[3]에서 TM-VI와 K(8.49)의 하부에 V(6.36) 가 발견되었다.

CCR2-RA-[R]의 IC50값은 103 nM이다.Kp는 5.8 + 0.2 nM, Bmax는 9.7 + 0.2 pmol/mg으로 측정되었다. CCR2-RA-[R]는 CCR2가 CCL2에 비해 비경쟁적인 길항작용을 나타낸다. 례를 들면 CCR2-RA-[R]농도가 증가하면 CCL2의 효과가 떨어진다.

수술 후 day (POD) 3와 POD28 사이 국소 초점성 신경탈모는 신경손상의 동측 및 반대측 후발의 기계적인 자극에 대한 반사반응을 증가시켰다. CCR2 RA-[R]의 신경손상 쥐에 대한 치료는 양측에서 입체방향 촉각, 통각, 과민성 역전을 발생시켰다.CCR2i CCR2-RA-[R] (MCP-1 수용체 억제제)을 복부에 주사한다.PDX를 사용하든 사용하지 않든, CCR2-RA-[R] 처리는 호중립구의 수와 모집된 대식세포를 감소시켜, CCR2억제제 (CCR2-RA-[R])를 사용한 후 PDX의 기본 기능이 소실되었음을 나타낸다. CCR2-RA-[R]는 progenitor Tex[6]의 수를 증가시켜 ¨»PD-1에 대한 반응을 증가시킨다. Pirfenidone과 CCR2-RA-[R]은 모델군과 비교하여 비장의 형광강도를 뚜렷이 감소시켰다.모델군과 비교하여 Pirfenidone과 CCR2-RA-[R]은 간전이병조의 형광강도를 현저히 감소시켰다.
