Description of Chlorogenic acid

Chlorogenic acid(25, 50 μM; 24시간)은 U87MG와 M059J 세포에서 p-c-Myc의 표현을 용량-의존적으로 낮추고 p21의 표현을 증가시켰다[1];Chlorogenic acid(30, 60 μM, 24시간)은 B16 멜라놈세포의 증식을 억제했다;B16 멜라놈세포와 8-메티실린(8-MOP)을 공배양한 후 Chlorogenic acid(500 μM, 24시간)은 B16 멜라놈세포에서의 멜라닌 생산을 감소시키고 틴아세아제활성을 억제했다[2].

Chlorogenic acid은 간의 Pparγ, Cd36, Fabp4, Mgat1 유전자의 표현을 억제하고 간과 백색 지방 조직의 발염을 감소시켰고 이는 대식 세포의 유전자(F4/80, Cd68, Cd11b, Cd11c와 Tnfα, Mcp-1, Ccr2가 인플레마토리 단백질을 인코딩하는 것 포함)의 mRNA 수준이 감소함에 따라 동반되었다[4].
