CpG ODN 10101 is a synthetic oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) and a Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) agonist. When used in combination with HH2(VQLRIRVAVIRA-NH2), CpG ODN 10101 is an effective inducer of cytokine/chemokine expression in vitro. CpG ODN 10101 induces dendritic cell (DC) secretion of IFN and stimulates B cells. It has antiviral and immunomodulatory properties, which can affect chronic HCV infection.
