DL-threo-Isocitric acid is a racemic mixture of D-threo-isocitric acid and L-threo-isocitric acid. It has been used as a substrate to measure the activity of yeast isocitrate lyase in C. albicans, S. cerevisiae, or K. lactis cell-free extracts.1,2
