Ac-MLGMIKNSLFGSVETWPWQVL acts specifically through the FPR-like receptor (FPRL) 2 promoting calcium mobilization and chemotaxis in dendritic cells and monocytes. In neutrophils, F2L inhibited FPR and FPRL1-mediated signaling.
