Crotonoside(50μM, 24시간)는 약 50%의 AML 세포 라인 MV4-11에서 후기 조직소멸을 유발했다[1]. Crotonoside(7.5, 15, 또는 30μM; 48시간)는 현저하게 용량 의존적으로 AML 세포 조직소멸을 유발했다[2].
