Description of Cyanine5.5 azide

This Cyanine5.5 labeling reagent is a dye azide for Click Chemistry, available as 10 mM solution in DMSO, or in solid form. The dye possesses far red / near infrared emission, which allows to use it for NIR live organism imaging. Cyanine5.5 can replace Cy5.5®, Alexa Fluor 680, and DyLight 680.

Solubility soluble in organic solvents (DMSO, DMF, dichloromethane), practically insoluble in water (1.6 uM, 1.2 mg/L) Storage Storage: 24 months after receival at -20°C in the dark. Transportation: at room temperature for up to 3 weeks. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Desiccate.
