OSS_128167(0-200 μM; 24시간)은 BxPC-3 세포에서 H3K9 아세틸화의 증가, TNF-α 비밀의 감소, GLUT-1의 상향 조정, 그리고 글루코스 흡수의 증가를 촉진할 수 있다[1]. OSS_128167(10-50μM; 24시간)은 Doxorubicin 유도 심장 독성(DIC)에 대한 Oridonin(Ori)의 보호 효과를 반전시킬 수 있다[4]. OSS_128167은 Caffeic acid phenethyl ester(CAPE) 전처리에 의한 활성산(ROS) 생성과 보호적 극화를 완화시킬 수 있다[5].

OSS_128167(DMSO 2%, PEG 300 40%, Tween-80 2% 가 포함된 용액에 최종 농도 12 mg/mL의 OSS-128167;100 mg/kg이다;i.v)치료로 인해 콜라겐 유도 관절염(CIA) 쥐의 발가락 부종이 증가했으며, CIA 쥐의 외주혈 내 CD38+ NK 세포의 비율이 증가했다[6]. OSS_128167(80 mg/kg; i.p; 1시간)은 LPS 유도의 굳은 연결 단백질 손실, 폐 염증 및 조절세포 죽음을 상당히 가속화했다[7].
