PROTAC Bcl-xL degrader-2 is a potent Bcl-xL (Bcl-2 family member) degrader based on von Hippel-Lindau ligand, with an IC50 of 0.6 nM.
PROTAC Bcl-xL degrader-2 (PROTAC 6; 0.1 nM-10 μM; 24 hours) treatment decreases the level of Bcl-xL protein in THP-1 cells[1].PROTAC Bcl-xL degrader-2 (PROTAC 6) inhibits caspase 3/7 activity in MOLT-4 cells with an IC50 of 466 nM[1].
