Pseudo-UTP,100mM Tris Solution (Synonyms: Pseudouridine-5'-Triphosphate, 5-Ribosyl Uracil) |
Catalog No.GB20003 |
Pseudo-UTP is a modified UTP derived through base isomerization reaction and is often used for drug synthesis of mRNA.
Products are for research use only. Not for human use. We do not sell to patients.
Sample solution is provided at 25 µL, 10mM.
Pseudo-UTP is derived from UTP through base isomerization reaction, which can perform complementary base pairing with adenosine like uridine, and change the structure of RNA by improving base pairing, base stacking and main chain stability [1]. The mRNA in which Pseudo-UTP completely replaces UTP exhibits lower immunogenicity, higher stability and translation ability [2].
