제조 방법

경도 SMA 현상 유발한 성체 C/C-알레일 쥐는 10일 동안 매일 1회 Risdiplam(RG7916)을 1, 3, 10 mg/kg의 세 가지 다른 용량으로 구강 투여로 치료를 받았습니다. 뇌와 대퇴 근육에서 SMN 단백질 수준을 평가했습니다. 심각한 SMA의 Δ7 쥐 모델에서는 Risdiplam(RG7916)을 유아기 3일째(PND3)부터 PND9까지 일일 1회 복강 주사(ip)로 투여했습니다. 뇌와 대퇴 근육에서 SMN 단백질 수준도 평가되었습니다.
