ROS-ERS inducer 1은 II형 ICD(면역성 세포사) 유도제입니다. ROS-ERS inducer 1은 4,5-디아릴이미다졸에서 유래한 Pt(II)-N-잡환카르빈(Pt(II)-NHC) 복합체입니다. ROS-ERS inducer 1은 활성산소 (ROS)와 함께 내부망 스트레스 (ERS)를 성공적으로 유도하고, 최종적으로 HCC 세포에서 손상 관련 분자 패턴(DAMP)을 방출합니다. ROS-ERS inducer 1은 Cisplatin보다 훨씬 높은 항암 활성을 나타냅니다.
