Uridine-5'-O-triphosphoro-γ-1-(5-sulfonic acid)naphtlamidate (UTP-γ-AmNS) is a fluorescent derivative of the nucleotide and dual purinergic P2Y2 and P2Y4 receptor agonist UTP .1 It has been used in high-throughput screening (HTS) assays for inhibitors of bacterial RNA polymerase activity. UTP-γ-AmNS displays excitation/emission maxima at 360/465 nm, respectively.
