Cas No.: 1104011-59-7
Sample solution is provided at 25 µL, 10mM.
Ac-WLA-AMC is a fluorogenic substrate for the β5c subunit of the 20S proteasome. Upon cleavage, 7-amino-4-methylcoumarin (AMC) is released and its fluorescence can be used to quantify the activity of the β5c subunit of the 20S proteasome. AMC displays excitation/emission maxima of 351/430 nm, respectively.
