ATX-II TFA is a specific Na+ channel Modulator toxin that can be isolated from the venom of sea anemone (Anemonia sulcata). ATX-II TFA causes delayed inactivation of the Na+Ryanodine . ATX-II TFA also induces pulmonary vein arrhythmogenesis and atrial fibrillation.
