Instructions for use
1.This product is suitable for 1.0~2.0% agarose gel electrophoresis (it's recommended to add ethidium bromide/EB or other DNA dyes to the gel mixture). It is not recommended for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
2.Use a pipette to draw 5~10 μL of this product and add it to the loading well.
3.Start electrophoresis after adding the DNA sample to be tested.
4.For electrophoresis buffer, you can use 1X TAE or 0.5~1X TBE, with a voltage of 6~8V/cm and electrophoresis time of 30~60 minutes; or use the Baishengyue® fast DNA electrophoresis buffer with a voltage of 20~30 V/cm and an electrophoresis time of 10~15 minutes.
5.After electrophoresis is completed, observe the electrophoresis bands under different excitation lights according to the chosen dye.
Precautions
1.Testing has shown that the banding pattern of this product remains unchanged when stored at room temperature for 3 months. However, it is recommended to store at low temperatures to prevent band degradation due to accidental nucleases contamination.
2.Do not heat before use.
3.When the buffering capacity of the electrophoresis buffer decreases, replace the buffer in a timely manner to avoid affecting the resolution.
4.This product is for scientific research use by professionals only and should not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, nor should it be used for food or drugs, nor stored in ordinary residential areas.
5.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves when handling.
